**Next click here to register as an official. This link will take you directly to the NIAA Registration. Select the Registration tab which takes you to the ArbiterSports Registration Dashboard. The NNVOA association is #102541 The NIAA official’s registration process is now open but there is a NEW PLATFORM. Use the Tips for Registering link above so you know how to move through the NEW registration process. Officials register with the NIAA electronically through the NIAA / ArbiterSports account. Once completed, the NNVOA will be notified that you have joined that group. IF you were an official last year you are already in the ArbiterSports volleyball database. If not, then once you complete the registration process you will be added to our group.
Per the NIAA Board of Control, officials must consent to a criminal background check. The NIAA only accepts the required payment by credit card. This payment includes the NIAA sport registration fee, the NFHS Liability Insurance fee, the Peopletrail background check fee, and the ArbiterMobile app. In addition, to become "NIAA Eligible" each official must have a satisfactory background check, take and pass the NFHS Volleyball Exam Part I with a minimum score of 70%. This Exam is taken by clicking the NIAA testing tab link above when the the Exam is made available or by logging into the NIAA Central Hub/Testing Tab from your Arbiter account. In addition, the NNVOA requires that all officials take and pass the NFHS Part 2 exam with a 76%. |
